Premium Property (P): These properties are for guests that want all of the luxuries of home at the beach waiting for them. Upgrades are important and normally include but are not limited to:
- New appliances
- Updated kitchen and bath fixtures
- Updated kitchen cabinetry
- Non-carpeted floors
- Flat screen televisions in living room and bedrooms
- Updated comfortable bedding
- Updated comfortable furniture
- Fresh paint
- New patio furniture
- Wireless Internet Access
- Media play (DVD, stereo, etc…)
Value Property (V): These properties are for guests who like a few upgrades, but do not need all of the bells and whistles the premium properties have. Upgrades are nice, but it’s okay that a few are missing. These properties rent for around 10% less than premium properties. The typical upgrades include but are not limited to:
- Modern appliances
- Non worn carpet / floors
- Flat screen televisions in living room and bedrooms
- Updated comfortable bedding
- Updated comfortable furniture
- Updated comfortable patio furniture
- Fresh Paint
Economy Property (E): These properties are for guests who are here because the beach is what’s important for their vacation. Keeping the property clean is very important, but upgrades are not as important to them as warm sunny days along the coast. These properties rent for around 10% less than value properties.
