"The vacation unit was very nice! We have been to this area of Myrtle beach and it is close to whatever is needed or wanted. The only complaint from my children was the twin beds not being very comfortable. The microwave was not working and they replaced it within a few hours. We were close to the beach and the pool. Our unit was on the 3rd floor but there is an elevator! Furniture was nice and we liked the back screened in porch. I felt the price was reasonable as well. "
"The unit was very lovely and nicely updated. The on site property manager was not nice. Your units make no allowances for guests with disabilities and allowed non permitted cars to park in handicap spots. However the golf cart I rented to help my husband was immediately moved because it was a Homeowners violation. "
"The unit was very clean except for the stove top, it was filthy and sticky. The unit was well equipped. The mattresses in the master bedroom and the twin beds probably should be replaced, they are hard and very uncomfortable. The upgrades made were all very nice and except for the bed and stove we would definitely recommend this unit. "
"Not bad for the price. Sink had a leak that the prior occupants had identified a week earlier and it still was not fixed causing sour odor. It was a little run down with stains on carpet and minor scrapes on wall...we took pictures when we arrived to prove we did not make them. "
