"This was my first time at the Margate and I was not happy. The condo was not cleaned. A dirty fork was in the wine cooler, food and drinks were left from the last guest. The closest were not cleaned and organized. I was promised a cleaning fee refund but as of yet, I have not gotten it. Furniture needs to be updated. Toilet ran everytime it was flushed. No light bulb in the main closet. The TV had various remotes so I did not know how to turn it on. If these errors were corrected, I would love for my family and I to stay again."

"Unit needs some repairs. Front door handle coming loosw from door. Towel rack falling off of wall. Fitted sheets do not fit beds. Every time we laid down, theyd pop off. No wifi that works in unit. Big downfall. We even called the number for wifi support. Still didnt work. Porch furniture was beaten up. If you sat down, the chairs would tilt all the way back. No bath mats or hand towels. Toaster looked like the plastic was melting. Unit itself was very nice but needs some TLC. "

"This was our first family vacation as adults and the first with my 1 1/2 year old granddaughter! The condo was the perfect size for our family and we were very comfortable with the accommodations. We were disappointed with the Wi-Fi connection as it did not work consistently at all for any of us. We ended up having to use our data which was not expected, even after calling technical support for assistance. However, overall, we had a fantastic vacation and the weather was beautiful. "

"Overall, the unit was clean and large. It looks better than what the pictures show. However, wifi needs to be fixed or updated. We had difficulties with it our whole week. But overall, we enjoyed our stay here."

"The property was in a great location, layout of condo was great...Wifi didn't work very good at all. Property was clean...did need a few light bulbs replaced. Service provided by manger was good. I wild recommend this property to a friend & would definitely stay here again. "

"Upon arrival , there was a bit of confusion. I wish I had received the email with check in instructions sooner that what I had. I followed the instructions, got the packet with the key and info inside however once I had gotten to the Margate, we found that another persons key and info to another locale was in the larger folder with my name on it. I had to return to locked box and search through other people's packets until I found the correct packet for me that was in someone else's envelope. Once we finally got checked in, we found the room to be extraordinarily lovely and loved the location and the amenities. Had some difficulty with the tv never could figure out really how to work it. The mattresses were also not very comfortable. Other than that, there were no complaints. We enjoyed fishing off the Apache pier and going to the boardwalk and eating at hot stacks pancake house and Sara J's in Garden city . "

"Our stay was satisfactory. The condo was well established in condition, cleanliness, and location. The staff was professional and helpful. The oceanfront view was spectacular. Two concerns: the age of the televisions (although the cable channels were diverse) and making all beds in the unit upon our arrival. I would recommend this service to another friend."

"This place was huge, very clean and the beds where pretty comfy. The view was perfect and we loved sitting on the balcony after we put the kids to bed and just enjoying the sounds of the ocean while we sipped on cocktails and talked. The only thing I didn't like about the condo was there wasn't any dawn dish soap or extra trash bags also the comforters where on the bed but sheets and towels where in bags on top of the bed so we drove 10 hours and then had to make four beds. Also we where given wifi information but the wifi didn't work so we didn't have free wifi.... I'm sure we could have called the property management company and figured it out but we didn't because we didn't feel like dealing with it on a 3 day vacation plus we knew we weren't going to be on our phones much anyway. The staff at the hotel was friendly and we liked that it was in a gated community.
We liked The Apache pier being so close it has a small arcade and a band that played on Saturday and Sunday. Also a restaurant that had a view of the ocean and had delicious food. "

"Big family with grandparents had a great time. Very nice condo, stayed there the 2nd time already. Very spacious with spectacular ocean view. The unit is kept up and clean, but the old carpet should be replaced with e.g. tile floor, at least in the dining area. Also the 3 old TVs should be replaced with modern flatscreen TVs ??. This was most important for my kids. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely like to come back again."

"Great condo, great location, we loved it and would definitely consider going again.
Only 2 problems: We never got the wifi to work, MB Vacation Rentals provided us with a password and username which did not work. Sorry, that is all they could do for us, they said.
The other problem was that the keycard for the back door of the Margate Tower to the pool and beach did not work. So I called them again, they said they would give me a new one but I have to come pick it up at their office. Little annoying when you travel with 3 small children."

"Unit and property were nice and very clean. Wish there were a few more things for the kids to do, ended up joining the health club on property for a week to get them time to play tennis"

"The unit is in a great location with great walking areas around the property and on the beach. The ocean view is terrific from the unit and the decks. Great space for a family with three bedrooms and large living area. Owners need to keep up maintenance and upgrade TV's. The desk people at the Margate were very nice and the rental company was very helpful in addressing any concerns. "

"only complaints was the a/c didn't cool below 77 degrees. also, someone entered the condo while we were at the beach to put a new chair on the deck. the chair was very nice, but I would have liked notice that someone was coming in. no sheets were on the beds. they were in bags and we had to make all of the beds upon arrival. "
