At Plyler Park you can enjoy fireworks on September 1st at 10 pm. On Sunday, September 2nd at 10 pm there will be a firework display at Broadway at the Beach. Labor Day weekend happens to be the final weekend to enjoy the various summer celebrations in Myrtle Beach. Sunday, September 2nd is going to be the final day you will be able to enjoy each of these summer events. If you are wanting to be at Broadway at the Beach to shop, eat and walk around then you won’t want to miss the final day. From 7 pm to 10 pm there will be strolling entertainment from face painters, fire dancers and more. SummerFest! at Barefoot Landing allows you to enjoy live music, entertainers, balloon making and more. Head to the Beach
One of the best things to do while you are on vacation in Myrtle Beach for Labor Day is heading to the beach for the day. Kick back and relax in a beach chair with a book and the sound of the waves crashing in the background. Let the kids play in the sand and build sandcastles for the day. Eat your lunch on the beach under the umbrella with snacks to go with it. Take a walk along the beach in the evening or collect seashells with the kids. If you want to remember each beach trip, bring a long a sandwich size ziplock and collect some sand. Take the sand home and put into a clear jar and label it.
