Do you have a family member who loves firetrucks and wants to be a firefighter? You are in luck because on Saturday, October 12th from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm your family will be able to explore Fire Station No. 3 at 2108 South Kings Highway. This event will have demonstrations, food, games, Fire Engine rides and more. Plus, the kids will be able to participate in a combat challenge and fingerprinting. What a fun day your family will have by attending this event!

Hippie Fest in Myrtle Beach

If your family is looking for a family-friendly event, then this is the one for you. Travel back in time to enjoy the Hippie Fest in Myrtle Beach on Saturday, October 26th. Located at the Myrtle Beach Speedway is where your family can enjoy this event. Admission is $10 for anyone older than 10 and kids ages 10 & under are free. There will be food, live entertainment and more that you can experience during this fun event. Let the kids dress up in the brightest clothes they have and just enjoy spending time together on this fun day!

Howl-O-Scream

October Events You Won’t Want to Miss in Myrtle Beach

After you have visited the Hippie Fest on October 26th, head over to the North Myrtle Beach Park & Sports Complex for a little more fun. Bring the kids Halloween costumes as you get to do a little more fun with them. Admission to this event is $2 for Adults (15 & up), $1 for Children (5-14) and Free for kids 4 & under. Some of the activities that you are able to enjoy are hayrides, trick-or-treating, roasting marshmallows and so much more. There is even a scare free zone for those who don’t want to have nightmares. The Howl-O-Scream is from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm and it’s one you don’t want to miss.
