From a spooky marshwalk in Murrells Inlet to trick or treating at the local malls, there are plenty of ways to celebrate Halloween in a safe but totally fun manner this year. Halloween Trick or Treating at Broadway at the Beach will be held Wednesday, October 31 from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Broadway at the Beach will host trick-or-treating around the complex in a fun and safe environment. Bring your kiddos in costumes around for special treats at participating stores and shops. Broadway at the Beach is a shopping, dining, amusement and nightlife complex in Myrtle Beach. They offer fireworks shows and a plethora of live entertainment and events throughout the year.
Halloween on the Marshwalk will be on October 31, 2012, beginning at 5 p.m. at the Murrells Inlet Marshwalk. Kids can enter the costume contest and win fun prizes. Later that evening, adults can compete for $2,000 in cash and prizes for best costume. Enjoy plenty of fun and fright at the Marshwalk. The kids’ costume contest will be held at 6 p.m. The adult fun begins at 7 p.m. Final judging for the adult costume contest will be held at 10:30 p.m.
Trick or Treating at Barefoot Landing will take place from 5 to 7 p.m. on October 31, 2012. The exciting North Myrtle Beach complex will have free carousel rides and offer free bags for collecting candy. Shops and restaurants will be open, too! Located along the Intracoastal Waterway, Barefoot Landing naturally combines beauty and nature with fun and excitement for the entire family.
