Advance Deposit of $200 is DUE 2 Weeks from the Date Reservation is made.
A $50 Reservation Processing fee will also be applied to all reservations.

All arrival/departure dates must be on the first day of the month. Any deviation to this will be at the regular daily/weekly rates. Payment for each month’s rent is to be made in advance and is due no later than the first day of each month. A $25.00 late fee will be added to all rents not paid in full by the fifth day of the month.

Included in the winter rental rates are the following utilities: water, basic cable TV and local telephone charges. All long distance calls must be charged to your credit card, your home telephone number or by calling collect. The renter will also be responsible for any portion of a monthly electricity bill exceeding $75.00.

The number of people to occupy the villa is to be stated on the contract. All renters will be required to pay one half of a month’s rent as a security deposit. The security deposit will be refundable after the utility bills have been received and paid and after the unit has been vacated in a non-damaged condition. (Usually 4 to 6 weeks after departure.)

CANCELLATION POLICY: One half of a month’s rent will be forfeited unless a 30 day notice is given to Myrtle Beach Vacation Rentals, Inc., in advance of the next full month’s rental due date. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date will be cause to seize the advance deposit unless the same unit is re-rented for the same dates. Refund of deposit will be given (less a $30.00 administrative fee) if a cancellation is received at least 30 days prior to arrival.

The linen rental includes three towels, two washcloths and one set of sheets per bed. The linen is a one-time supply for the entire length of stay.
