Some Tips For A Great Vacation
- To avoid the normal rush hour during 3:00 pm check-in time, plan to arrive later in the afternoon or
evening for a more pleasant arrival.
- Flexibility of your arrival date may allow for substantial savings. Our rates are structured so that
traditionally lower occupancy periods are priced accordingly. Note the first two weeks of June and the end of August in
the rate schedules.
- Many of our oceanside units offer exceptional views at a price lower than oceanfront. Our reservations
personnel are happy to assist you in securing the villa of your choice.
- Each villa is privately owned and its owner has met our inventory requirements. Therefore, you may wish to
bring along special items such as blenders, radios, etc. We are unable to provide any additional furnishings or appliances.
- Payment of your balance can be made at our office on your arrival day. We gladly accept cash, Travelers Checks,
personal checks, VISA, Master Card, and Discover.
Reservation Information
IMPORTANT: To ensure optimum service, pets and house parties are strictly prohibited. And for a proper family
vacation atmosphere, guests must be married, accompanied by parents or be over 25 years of age. Parking of boats, trailers and
campers is strictly prohibited, motorcycles are prohibited in many properties.
DEPOSIT POLICY: Deposit requirements are one half of the total rent due within fourteen days of the booking.
If arrival date is within thirty days of booking full payment is required upon booking.
Full payment on all reservations are due at least thirty days prior to arrival date.
CANCELLATION POLICY: A charge of $30 will be applied against all confirmed reservations which are canceled beyond thirty days
of arrival. If canceled within thirty days of arrival the entire balance is non-refundable.
Travelers Insurance: Ask about our Travel Guard Trip Cancellation Insurance
RESERVATION FEE: of $50 will be applied
per reservation.
