Enjoy the sturdy Oak dining room table with beveled glass top that will accommodate the entire family. The kitchen features new Refrigerator, Smooth Top Range, quiet dishwasher, brightly painted "buttercup" walls, and attractive vinyl floor. The master bedroom has King Sized bed, high end furniture, and an extra ceiling vent added in order to channel cool or warm air directly onto the bed for total comfort. The two-stage Carrier AC / Heat pump is a delight in producing more air flow, more even temperatures, and can reduce humidity. The second and third bedroom have Queen sized bed and two twin beds. Each bedroom has flat screen TVs and DVD's. The cottage provides WiFi and Free Nationwide long distance calling offered to each guest. The large front balcony offers a panoramic and picturesque view of the skyline facing the beach. Enjoy one of the best balcony views available. The cottage has a beautiful yard on a corner lot. The Ocean is within 350 yards and private swimming pool is within 20 yards. This home comfortably sleeps six to eight and is fully equipped with all kitchen and laundry amenities.
